"COFFEE LOVERS" is my Paleo diet Kryptonite. This is the absolute, hands down, best. We wait in line, order, and watch em put it together, pay and leave; we never stay. Always a take away to devour in the privacy (and protection) of our home. So, whats to review there? The "mixologists" here have always been of good cheerful spirit, so if something about the management sucs, it hasn't surfaced for us to tell. My rear end hasn't grown either because I do practice M-O-D-E-R-A-T-I-O-N, so I can also get the GOOD stuff, not that wanna be yogurt chit. So glad they haven't closed in the predicted year as by Brian L.

This is my second visit to this location in the past year. The first time we left without buying anything. Tonight was no different. We ate dinner next door and thought we'd give them a second chance. We walked in, saw the unclean conditions, smelled the dirty odor (never a good sign in food service) and walked right back out the door. Never again. This place is dirty and unkempt. Two of the yogurt machines were broken and the floors and tables need a good scrubbing. The ice cream in the display case was overflowing in the silver trays and the glass and the bottom of the display case had crusty dried ice cream in the crevices. So gross! If I can see this on the sales floor, I have to wonder what the kitchen area looks like. All of these faults can be fixed with a little bleach and some elbow power. I'm not sure what happened to this location. It used to be very nice but once the yogurt machines were installed everything went downhill. We decided to hit up Red Mango instead. It's healthier, always clean and the staff is friendly.

I went to cold stone with my husband and we both got a ice cream Sunday 1/18/15. The total was $11.69. Well, I hand the guy my debit card (TOTAL MISTAKE ) I WAS charged $115.69 then he tried to refund me and refunded me $1,115.69. Then charged me again for $1,104.00. I got out to the truck pull up my back account and YES $1,219.69 is taken out of my back account. ($1,219.69 FOR TWO ICE CREAMS) I call my bank and they tell me they don't see where they have refunded me and they could take up to 5 days at some places. I have been trying to call head quarters to talk to a manager of some kind, and yeah that's like pulling teeth from a chicken. Well finally talk to one manger in head quarters. She didn't give much information. Said someone was going to call me back with more info that same day. Which was Monday 1/19/15. Well today is Wednesday 1/21/15 and Still haven't heard from anyone and $1,219.69 is took out of my checking account.

Ice cream---yum! I've been to Cold Stone many times for their ice cream creations. And one time for their frozen yogurt. (I'm not a fan of their fro-yo. I'll stick to their regular ice cream). Today I got the Cookie Minster. Mint ice cream, fudge, and double oreos. Yum! There are so many fun ways to make your ice cream. A bunch of ice cream flavors and lots of mix-ins!

Be prepared to make choices, they have lots of them. They still have their ice creams that they chop almost anything you want and add too you frozen scoop and now they have a a serve yourself frozen yogurt with all the toppings, beware you do have to weigh it to purchase though. Either way it'll cure your craving!!!!

As with the entire chain, it's a bit on the upscale "gourmet" ice cream pricing but well worth it when you just have to curb your craving. Good location next to restaurants to grab an indulgent dessert.

I have been here many times but went to try the new yogurt bar. The yogurt is more like soft serve ice cream but was very good. There is a decent amount of flavors but the real star was the toppings. They had every topping you could think of. I mixed peanut butter cup and snicker "yogurt" and put snickers and Reese's on it. It was excellent. My wife did chocolate and coconut "yogurt" with coconuts and almonds.

The ice cream is tasty, but will make your rear end grow quickly. The reason I am rating so poorly is that I was excited to see they joined the yogurt craze...until I tried the yogurt. It is so super sweet (an artificial tasting sweet) that it will induce a diabetic shock. It does not taste anything like yogurt, just super sweet soft served ice cream. If that's your thing, go for it. I told the girl behind the register it was awful, she said "everyone loves how sweet it is"... I predict this location is out of business within a year... Please Pinkberry open a location closer than Dr. Philips!
